It broke and nobody noticed
The refresh failed weeks ago and we only found out when someone quoted an old number in a meeting.
The Care plan is how I offer website maintenance plans and analytics managed services to B2B clients: one monthly fee that keeps your website, dashboards and automations correct after launch. I watch the refreshes and uptime, fix what breaks and make small changes without a new quote each time. It's offered at handover on any project I build and priced in the same proposal.
Concept dashboards on sample data, the same kind of reports and apps the Care plan keeps running.

We just want a new page, an extra column or a filter, but that means finding a freelancer, explaining everything again and waiting for a quote.
We switched CRM, added a sales channel and renamed some accounts, and now half the dashboard and the website's lead form are wrong.
A starting point, never a fixed package: describe how you want it and I build it to match.
Most website maintenance plans are sold to small WordPress sites and revolve around plugin updates. The sites I build don't have a plugin stack to patch, so a website care plan from me is about other things: keeping dependencies current, checking that forms still reach your CRM, watching uptime, and making the content changes your team can't do itself. The part that goes wrong quietly is the lead form. It can stop delivering for weeks before anyone asks why enquiries dried up, so it gets checked.
A dashboard is finished on launch day and starts drifting the day after. APIs change versions, tokens expire, someone renames a column in the source system, a new product line appears that the model has never seen. None of this crashes anything loudly. The report keeps loading and shows numbers that are slightly off, and people stop trusting it without telling anyone why.
Most of the analytics work in a Care plan is catching that drift early: reading the refresh history, checking that totals still match the source, and adjusting the model when the business changes. I also run Intrinsiqq, a stock analysis platform I designed, built and run myself, so keeping scheduled data jobs alive is part of my own week too.
Large support contracts are designed for companies with dozens of reports and a service desk. A team with one website, three dashboards and two automations doesn't need that. It needs someone who already knows the setup. The Care plan is one monthly fee and one person, and requests go to the same inbox every time, so nobody has to re-explain how the month-end pack is put together. It covers what I built for you and documented, which means there's no ramp-up when something needs to change. The NDA and data processing agreement from your project carry over into the plan.
When your project is delivered, we decide what the plan covers, and the response times are written into it.
Alerts go to me first, and to you as well if you want them.
Send a request by email whenever it suits you, without a new quote for anything inside the agreed allowance.
The term and notice period are agreed in writing before the plan starts. You own everything, so someone else can take over later from the documentation.
The monthly fee depends on how many sites, reports, data sources and automations it covers and how fast you need a response; AI usage for automations is passed through at cost.
The client reviews on this site are about data and dashboard work. For this service, here is work you can open and judge yourself, each labelled for what it is.

My website maintenance plans cover the sites and portals I built: dependency and security updates, uptime monitoring, checks that forms still deliver to your CRM or inbox, and an agreed amount of time each month for content edits and small changes. Bigger work, such as a new section or a redesign, gets its own fixed quote. The same Care plan can also cover your dashboards and automations.
Power BI managed services means someone outside your company keeps your reports running for a monthly fee: watching refreshes, fixing failures, updating the model when sources change and making small improvements. My Care plan covers that for Power BI, and also for live web dashboards, automations and websites I've built for you. It suits small teams that don't have a BI person in-house.
The Care plan is quoted with your project, because the fee depends on what it covers: how many sites, reports, data sources and automations, and how quickly you need a response. You see the monthly figure in the same proposal as the build, so you can decide on both together. AI usage for automations is passed through at cost, with no markup.
Sometimes, after a look under the hood. I can't promise to keep something working when I don't know how it's built, so I start with a short paid review of what you have. If it's in reasonable shape, it can go straight onto a Care plan. If it isn't, the review tells you what needs fixing first and what that would cost.
A small change is anything that fits in the monthly time we agree when the plan starts. Typical examples are a new measure, an extra filter or page, a changed target, a new user who needs access, or a text edit on your website. Bigger requests, such as a new data source or a whole new dashboard, get their own fixed quote, so the plan fee stays predictable.
The response time is agreed in writing before the plan starts, so you know it before you sign. Monitoring alerts reach me automatically, which means some problems are being fixed before anyone on your side spots them. I work async across time zones, which often suits US clients: an issue reported in your afternoon can be looked at during my morning. Urgent cover can be added for deadline-bound reports.
Yes. The Care plan is a starting point, and the scope follows what you actually run. Tell me in your own words what worries you, whether that's the month-end pack arriving on time or the website's lead form going quiet, and I'll shape the monitoring, the change allowance and the response time around it. You pay for what you need covered, nothing more.
The term and notice period are agreed in writing before the plan starts, so you know exactly how to end it. You already own the code, the Power BI files, the data and the documentation, so ending the plan doesn't lock anything away. If you hand the work to an in-house hire or another freelancer, I'll walk them through the setup so everything keeps running without me.
I build custom data dashboards that pull straight from the tools your business already runs on, so the numbers refresh on their own instead of in someone's spreadsheet.
