The site is years behind the business
You've moved on and the website hasn't. It still describes what you sold five years ago, and you hesitate before sending the link to a prospect.
My B2B web design services are for companies whose buyers research them properly before they send an email: consultancies, manufacturers, SaaS firms and specialist service providers. You get a fast, credible site your team can update, on a stack you own, with analytics and lead forms connected from the first day. Describe what the site has to do in your own words and I build to that brief instead of squeezing you into a template.
Intrinsiqq is a stock analysis platform I designed, built and run myself, so it shows my design and build work on a real product rather than on a client site.
You've moved on and the website hasn't. It still describes what you sold five years ago, and you hesitate before sending the link to a prospect.
Every text edit goes through one person or an agency ticket, so wrong prices and old team photos stay up for months.
Enquiries land in a shared inbox, nobody records where they came from, and you can't say whether the site pays for itself.
A starting point, never a fixed package: describe how you want it and I build it to match.
A B2B buyer rarely buys on the first visit. They come back several times, often forward the link to a colleague, and look for reasons to rule you out: a vague service description, no visible person behind the company, a contact form that feels like a black hole. Good B2B web design removes those reasons. It says plainly what you do and for whom, puts proof close to every claim, and makes the next step obvious without shouting.
Most of that is writing and structure, which is why I start there. My background is in data and finance reporting, so I tend to ask about your sales process before I ask about colours. Which pages do serious prospects read before they call? What do they ask on the first call that the site could have answered? Those answers decide the page structure far more than any design trend does, and they matter just as much when the job is a redesign of a site you already have.
A common worry I hear from buyers is lock-in: a site built on a platform only the original builder understands, which has to be rebuilt from scratch when you leave. I build on standard, widely used tools (Next.js or static HTML, hosted on Vercel, with Supabase when you need a database). You own the domain, the code and the repository from day one, and any competent developer can pick it up later.
Because I also build dashboards and reporting, the site doesn't have to stop at the contact form. Enquiries can flow into a table you can report on, the analytics can feed a simple lead dashboard, and later a login area for clients can sit on the same codebase. I only take on B2B sites; I'm not the right person for a cheap brochure site or an online shop.
Send a short brief in plain words, or book a call: who your buyers are, what the site must do, and what annoys you about the current one.
I come back with a page plan and the homepage design, and we agree on those before I build the rest.
I build on a preview link you can click through on any device, and you comment directly on what you see.
I move the domain, check redirects from old URLs, and hand over the code, the repository and a short editing guide.
The quote is fixed before work starts, and it mostly depends on the number of pages, whether I write the copy, and what the site connects to (CRM, analytics, a client portal).
The client reviews on this site are about data and dashboard work. For this service, here is work you can open and judge yourself, each labelled for what it is.
A stock analysis platform I designed, built and run myself: the interface, the web app and the data pipelines behind it, with scheduled refreshes.

My B2B web design services are quoted per project, and you get a fixed price before any work starts. The main drivers are the number of distinct pages, whether I write the copy or you supply it, how much custom design the content needs, and what the site has to connect to, such as a CRM, analytics or a client login. A focused site with a handful of pages costs far less than a large site with integrations.
Yes, as closely as I can, and I'll tell you early if something is a bad idea. Nothing here is a fixed package. You describe the site in your own words, share sites you like and dislike, and I match that in the design and the build. If you already have a brand guide or a designer's files, I work from those instead of starting over.
It depends on the size of the job. A B2B web design agency brings a team: strategist, designer, copywriter, developers, project manager. That suits a large site with many stakeholders. I'm one person who does the structure, copy, design and build myself, so you talk to the person doing the work and nothing gets lost between handoffs. For a focused B2B site, that is usually enough. For a very large site, an agency is probably the better fit.
Yes, a redesign is one of the most common starting points. I first read the current site, its analytics if you have them, and the pages that rank in Google, so useful content and search traffic aren't thrown away. Then I rebuild the structure and design, set up redirects from the old URLs, and keep what still works. You don't have to start from a blank page.
No. You own the domain, the code, the repository and the data from the start, and the site runs on common tools like Next.js and Vercel rather than a proprietary builder. I hand over documentation at launch. If you later want another developer or an agency to take over, they can work on it without rebuilding anything.
Yes, for the content that changes often. Before the build we list the pages your team edits regularly, such as news, case studies, vacancies and team members, and I set those up so a non-technical person can change them. Structural changes, like a new page layout, are better done by me or a developer, either as small jobs or under a monthly Care plan.
Yes. I'm based in the Netherlands and work with clients across Europe, the US and Canada, fully in English and asynchronously. I reply within a few hours on working days, and for US clients that often means you send feedback at the end of your day and wake up to progress. I sign an NDA or a data processing agreement on request.
It depends mostly on how ready the content is. The launch date is part of the fixed quote, so you know it before we start. Sites where the copy, photos and case studies already exist move fastest; sites where I write the copy from interviews take longer because each page needs your review. Quick feedback on the first design shortens the whole project.
My landing page design services start from the fact that a visitor from an ad or a search result decides in a few seconds whether your offer is for them.
