Terms of service
These terms cover freelance data and dashboard work provided by Flippie Labs. Every project is also confirmed in a written quote; where a signed quote or statement of work says something different, that document wins.
Who you are contracting with
PGMservices, trading as Flippie Labs, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, KvK 73238007. Contact: hello@flippielabs.com.
Scope of work
Each engagement is defined by a fixed, written quote agreed before work begins: what is being built, the data sources, the deliverables and the timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts. There are no surprise charges.
Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its quote. Reasonable refinements within the agreed scope are included; new requirements, added pages or added data sources are a change of scope and are quoted separately.
Your responsibilities
- Provide timely access to the data and systems the project needs.
- Give feedback within the review windows we agree, so the timeline holds.
- Ensure you are entitled to share any data you provide.
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the deliverables built specifically for you: the report files, dashboards and documentation. I keep the right to reuse general skills, methods and non-confidential techniques, and to show anonymised or permission-based work in my portfolio. I never publish your confidential data or name you as a client without your written permission.
Confidentiality
I treat your data as confidential and am happy to sign an NDA or a data processing agreement before you share anything. Data handling follows the privacy policy.
Payment
Terms are set in each quote, typically a deposit to book the work and the balance on delivery. Invoices are issued by PGMservices. VAT is applied where it applies. Larger projects may be split into milestones.
Cancellation
You can stop a project at any time; you pay for the work completed and agreed up to that point, and any non-refundable deposit covering booked time. If I cannot deliver, I refund what has not been earned.
Liability
I deliver work with professional care, but decisions you make from the output remain yours. To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch court.
This is a plain-language starting point for a solo services business, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a professional, and confirm the VAT and payment terms with your accountant before the first invoice.
