Privacy policy

Last updated 30 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Flippie Labs collects when you contact me, why, and what your rights are. It is written to be read, not to hide behind. If anything is unclear, email me and I will explain it in plain language.

Who is responsible

PGMservices, trading as Flippie Labs, operated by Philip van den Berge, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 73238007. I am the data controller. You can reach me at hello@flippielabs.com.

What I collect, and when

I only collect what you choose to send me:

Legal basis

I process your enquiry to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing me.

Where your data is processed

Your data stays in the European Union. The site and its contact endpoint run on EU infrastructure, and any project data you later share is processed and stored on EU infrastructure. I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep what I need for the project and for legal and tax obligations, then delete the rest.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics are in use, they count visits in aggregate and do not identify you, so no consent banner is required.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to restrict or object to its processing. Email hello@flippielabs.com and I will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This is a plain-language policy for a solo services business and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a professional and confirm the VAT and processing details before the first invoice.
